• Heat transfer, Patches, or Print: The foam-front 39-165 takes transfers and patches well.
• Foam fronts and embroidery: We've stitched simple logos on them for customers, though we don't recommend it. Heavy designs can sink into the soft foam.
• Beanies: Stick to one bold line on the cuff. The logo area runs about 5 by 2 inches, and fine detail sinks into the knit.
• Artwork limits: Shadows, gradients, distressed art and tiny lettering don't embroider well.
