PLACING AN ORDER

Orders can be placed online or by phone at (888) 868-8598 to speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives. The normal cut-off time for same-day shipping on blank products is 12:00 PM local standard time, pending stock availability and payment approval.

ORDER ARRIVALS

  • We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our products are shipped from warehouses in California, Texas, and Georgia and may take up to 1 to 3 business days to be delivered based on stock availability. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods.

  • Once your package is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please check the status of your order online under My Account roughly one business day after you have placed your order.

MINIMUM ORDER

No minimum order is required to take advantage of our wholesale prices.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR CUSTOM HEAT TRANSFER ORDERS

There is a 50 piece minimum order quantity for custom heat transfer orders. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are dictated by the weight of the overall order, the distance traveling, and the shipping option selected. 

In order to receive a shipping quote, follow these steps:

1) Compile your entire order in the online shopping cart, so that the final weight can be calculated.

2) Click on the box labeled "Estimate Shipping and Tax" (Taxes are applicable only in California)

3) Enter your country, state/province, and ZIP/postal code.

All the available shipping options will be displayed with the prices for each.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and PayPal. We do not accept international credit cards. To avoid delay in processing your order, the name and billing address entered must match exactly as they appear on your credit card statement.

There is a $200 dollar minimum order amount for international orders and the entire order must be prepaid by bank wire before shipment (custom orders must be paid in full before production). The customer is responsible for any import taxes and/or custom duties/fees which may be levied once the package reaches the destination country.
