All OTTO SNAP hats come with snap closures, offering adjustable sizing and a great fit. The 125-978 is also a snapback hat that is part of the OTTO SNAP lineup which reaffirms its exceptional quality.

How secure is the plastic snap closure of the OTTO 125-978 snapback during heavy use?
Answer:Being part of the OTTO SNAP product line, the 125-978 has a premium design and top-quality construction which includes the durable snap closure. The durability of the hat and the closure assures that, with proper care, the snap closure will stay secure and without damage for years.

What types of customization can be done on the OTTO CAP 125-978 snapback hat?
Answer:The 125-978 is made of an acrylic-wool fabric blend, which delivers a soft, durable surface with good texture for embroidery. Heat transfers can also be applied with cap heat press on acrylic-wool blend fabrics. But the center seam on the front area might cause issues with transfers. So we don’t generally recommend transfers on 6 panel hats. The cap can be decorated with patches or prints also.

Is the OTTO CAP 125-978 snapback cap suitable for promotions in summer?
Answer: No. We don’t recommend using any acrylic-wool blend caps like the 125-978 for promotions in warmer seasons. While the wool component in the fabric may offer breathability and comfort, the acrylic component (85% in the 125-978) can trap heat and warmth. The snapback hat is best used during Fall and Winter.

Does the OTTO CAP 125-978 snapback hat come with a flat visor?
Answer:OTTO CAP is currently working on a change in the design of the 125-978 to give it a Flex Bill visor instead of the Flat Visor it currently has. With Flex Bill visor, you can wear the cap with the bill flat or curved depending on your preference. New stock of this style will likely sport a Flex Bill visor.

very nice hat, great fit and feel, however they arent manufactured with fit consistency in mind. some fit deep, some really shallow. some tall, some short. being an embroidery business i now nave to order more than needed just in case some are junk
