Do you sell wholesale hats only to businesses?

No. Anyone in the United States can buy hats from CapBargain as there is NO MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY. We offer international shipping too. However, we do not recommend retail purchases even with our lowest wholesale prices. Bulk purchases add bulk discounts on top of the low prices. For purchase orders above $129, you can also get blank hats shipped for free within the Continental United States. There are also NO SETUP CHARGES for bulk embroidery.

Do I need to create an account to purchase hats?

No. We offer Guest Checkouts. In the Checkout page, click “Checkout As Guest” once you are ready to purchase. If you create an account, you can save your checkout details to place future orders faster. Additionally, an account can also save your custom designs for future customization orders.

Can I get bulk discounts on all blank headwear in CapBargain?

Yes. Every bulk order is eligible for bulk discounts.

How do I earn bulk discounts on my purchases?

Bulk discount is applied automatically when you place a bulk order. In CapBargain, each product’s discount comes in 5 tiers - 1+, 12+, 48+, 144+ & 288+. The higher the order quantity, the bigger the discount. The per-unit cost drops for each product as the quantity goes up. Typically, the order quantity should meet or exceed a minimum threshold for the order to qualify for bulk discounts. To put it plainly, all orders over a dozen get bulk discounts on top of our low wholesale prices. There is still NO MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY, so you can also choose to buy even one product with our wholesale pricing but without the bulk discount.

What is MOQ?

Minimum Order Quantity or MOQ is the minimum quantity of products you must purchase in a single order, to qualify for either wholesale pricing or bulk/volume discounts. However, at CapBargain, there is no MOQ to get wholesale pricing. Every product is available at the lowest wholesale pricing by default. If the quantity is 12 or more, additional bulk discounts are also applied on top of the low wholesale pricing. So the bigger your order is, the more your savings.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity for Custom Heat Transfer Orders?

Yes, there is a 50 piece minimum order quantity for custom heat transfer orders.

Can I view my past order history?

If you have bought blank hats wholesale or custom hats from CapBargain before in your account with our store, simply log into that account. Once you log in, you will notice a “Hello, [Your Name]” dropdown at the top near the “My Cart” option. Click on the dropdown menu and select “My Orders” to see your past orders that will include both blank hats and custom hats orders.

What do I need to do to cancel my order?

You need to call our Customer Support department directly to cancel your order so our team can verify the shipment status real-time. Orders of blank headwear can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, return policies apply. Custom decorated hats cannot be canceled once they go into production after approval.

How do I get Free Shipping?

Blank product orders over $129 are eligible for free ground shipping within the Continental United States. Free Shipping offer applies only to blank products and not custom ones.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. But only for California.

Where are the products shipped from?

Our hats are shipped from warehouses in California, Texas and Georgia. With the standard UPS Ground shipping option, you will most likely receive your order within 1 to 3 business days for most states pending stock and payment status.

Is International Shipping available?

Yes. We ship orders internationally, if the order value is $200 or more. The entire order must be prepaid by bank wire before shipment. Custom orders to be shipped outside the United States must be paid in full before production. The customer is responsible for any import taxes and/or custom duties/fees, which may be levied once the package arrives at the destination country.

What are your Returns & Refund policies?

Every blank product from CapBargain comes with a 100% money-back guarantee. Products in their original condition, undecorated, can be returned with a claim for full refund, excluding the shipping charge, within 10 days of receipt. You can place a call to our friendly Customer Service department for a Return Authorization Number once the return request is approved.

What payment methods are accepted in CapBargain?

All major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and PayPal are accepted. We do not accept international credit cards. To avoid delay in processing your order, the name and billing address entered must match exactly as they appear on your credit card statement.

Do you accept COD?

No. Presently, we do not accept COD orders.

Can I pick up my order directly from the warehouse if I live close by?

No. Our warehouses are only for distribution. Rest assured, we can deliver your orders right to your doorstep at the fastest possible time.

What materials do CapBargain’s hats come in?

What can I do if I am not satisfied with wholesale blank hats from CapBargain?

You can easily request a full refund. We promise and guarantee FULL REFUNDS on blank products if a customer is not satisfied with the purchase. You can return the blank products in their original condition within 10 days of receiving them without any restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges, however. Decorated or customized hats are also not eligible for refunds.

Do blank hats in CapBargain come with any hidden or extra charges?

Absolutely not. The price you see on the product display page or the price quoted for you once you finalize your order is the price you pay. In addition to guaranteed lowest wholesale pricing, you can also grab bulk discounts for larger orders. However, CapBargain is legally bound to charge sales tax only in California.

How can I add embroidery on a blank hat in CapBargain?

Once you have selected the blank hat to customize, simply navigate to that product’s page (click on the product) and scroll down till you see the customization options. There, click on Embroidery and choose how you wish to proceed. You can either create your own design for embroidery from scratch easily using our in-built design tool or submit a quick quote request. If you select the quick quote request, you will need to upload the design you have. Our Customer Support will get back to you and connect you to the Customization department in no time.

Can I customize my blank hats with both embroidery and heat transfer?

Yes. Just talk to our Customer Support Executives, and they will take care of the rest. However, doing both embroidery and screen printing is recommended only on certain hat styles for maximum benefit. The process will also involve multiple departments, which may add time to the order’s production.

Does CapBargain save my designs?

If you create a free account, we can. We do not share your design or any other information with any third party. Once you have your design saved, you can easily use it on future orders speeding up the process entirely.

Which blank cap styles are the best for embroidery?

We offer a variety of cap styles that are perfect for embroidery including trucker hats, baseball hats and beanies. As a matter of fact, our top sellers like the OTTO 39-165 trucker hat, OTTO 18-1225 6 panel baseball hat, OTTO 82-970 and OTTO 82-480 beanies are great picks for embroidery.

Which blank cap styles are the best for heat transfer?

We recommend the OTTO 39-165 trucker hat, OTTO 32-467 trucker hat, and OTTO 31-069 Pro Style cap for Digital Heat Transfers as there are a lot of color options to choose from to complement the design you have in mind. Go for Heat Transfers only if you are sure the design is complex with fine gradients that can’t be properly showcased with embroidery.
