RETURN POLICY

Full Refund Guarantee, and that's our promise to you. You can always return the products purchased in their original condition, undecorated from CapBargain within 10 days of receipt for a full refund excluding shipping charges if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

  • CapBargain offers a 10-day return policy. No restocking fees!

  • Please contact our customer service team at info@capbargain.com or call us at (888) 868-8598 to request a refund authorization.

  • Returns must be authorized by a CapBargain customer service representative.

  • You will receive a Return Authorization number (RAN).

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund credit to be processed.

RESTRICTIONS

  • Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Returns must be sent freight pre-paid.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom decorated orders cannot be canceled once they have been client-approved and placed into production.

CapBargain will not be responsible for any error and/or omission once the order is approved. Customers are expected to review order approval for accuracy.
