Returns must be authorized by a CapBargain customer service representative.
You will receive a Return Authorization number (RAN).
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund credit to be processed.
Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns must be sent freight pre-paid.
Custom-decorated orders cannot be canceled once they have been client-approved and placed into production.
CapBargain will not be responsible for any error and/or omission once the order is approved. Customers are expected to review order approval for accuracy.
