You can place orders online or simply call us at (888) 868-8598 to place an order over the phone. Orders placed before 12:00 PM your local time are usually shipped the same day pending stock and payment approval.

Is there a minimum order quantity for blank orders?

No

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom heat transfer orders?

Yes, there is a 50 piece minimum order quantity for custom heat transfer orders.

How do I get free shipping?

Blank product orders over $119 are eligible for free ground shipping within the Continental United States. Custom decorated orders are not eligible for the free shipping offer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and PayPal. We do not accept international credit cards. To avoid delay in processing your order, the name and billing address entered must match exactly as they appear on your credit card statement.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, for California.

Shipping Information

Products are shipped from warehouses in California, Texas, and Georgia. With the standard UPS Ground shipping option, you will most likely receive your order within 1 to 3 business days for most states pending stock and payment status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. There is a $200 dollar minimum order amount for international orders and the entire order must be prepaid by bank wire before shipment (custom orders must be paid in full before production). The customer is responsible for any import taxes and/or custom duties/fees which may be levied once the package reaches the destination country.

Returns and Refunds Policies

We stand behind our products with a 100% money back guarantee. Products in its original condition, undecorated, can be returned for a full refund less the shipping charge, within 10 days of receipt. Simply call our friendly customer service department for a return authorization number.

• • Blank Orders can only be cancelled before shipment, once shipped, the return policy applies.
• • Custom decorated orders cannot be cancelled once they are approved and go into production.
